I need some advice on something I am about to embark on.
When I started this journey, the goal was to lose weight. I have lost around 1.5 stone which in the scheme of things is good, but its not where I wanted to be. I have trained my arse off and eating well most of the time. Yes I have had a couple of minor lapses but nothing major in the grand scheme of things. One thing that is apparent is I am a hell of a lot fitter than I was in January . I can feel this and the My Zone belt tells me I am fitter, which I great.
This journey has also been one of self discovery. It is not all about losing weight, it is how you feel in yourself. With other issues that have been going on around me, I can honestly say in my health that I feel good, very good!
I have decided to kick start myself again and am going to do 9 days on the Forever Living Products C9 plan. With things I have going on at the moment, the plan is to start this on the 25th June for 9 days. I have no idea what to expect or how it works so I need to do some reading to make sure I do it right! If anyone has any experience of this, please get in touch and let me know how you got on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
