I know it has been a while since I last wrote a blog but to be honest, I have nothing really to report in terms of my life change journey. I just keep going….
Now, if you were talking about my home life I could write a book! Its incredible really, almost unbelievable….
Anyway, back to what matters.
I lost another 2.5kg last week. I am really please with this as I had an awful April and whilst I have trained hard so far in May, I did have a couple of Drinks last weekend and when things really kicked off at home one day last week, I ate a pizza! After eating it I felt awful. Not so much that I had eaten it but bloated and lothargic. Lesson Learned on that one!
Training is going really well and I am enjoying it again. The PT sessions are hard but I really put my all into them and the mix between Boxing and cardio/fat burning on the treadmill and watt bike really keep it interesting. I was even walking backward on the treadmill the other day whilst holding myself up! Its harder than you think…….
The other thing I am noticing is that my clothes are getting really baggy, my trousers especially. For example, and whilst you may not want to read this, I am going to tell you anyway, my trousers keep coming undone! I can hear you laughing but its not funny. Its serious issue!
The other thing I am really enjoying is my morning smoothie. Banana’s, Strawberry’s, Apple, Oats and protein powder, all mashed together in the Nutri-Bullet! Gorgeous, healthy and sets me up for the day. Ill drop a video of me making one in my next Video Diary.
I do want to ask a bit of advice. Has anyone got or ever used a SwimTag. I mentioned this little gadget in a previous blog but have hit a bit of a brick wall. I saw somewhere that they link to the MyZone app but cant find anything further on this. I enjoy swimming but tend to steer clear because I can’t wear the MyZone and cant track the workout. It almost feels like swimming is cheating and taking it easy?
As most of you will know, my really passion in life is cars! Yesterday we went to the Supercar Driver show at Meadowhall in aid of Bluebell Wood Hospice! Check out my Blog and video on this event. Brilliant day for an amazing Charity. Thanks as well to my amazing wife Sam for allowing me to drag her around the show!
Just a quick blog to finish an indifferent week.
Until Next Time…
