As I am sure you have read previously, I had to suspend my PT sessions as, for one reason or another (Which I will explain in a later blog), I lost my job.
Well this week I started again. I went on Tuesday Morning for a full nutrition guidance session and PT session.
Lets start with my stats. It was almost exactly 2 weeks since I had my last PT session and I was dreading the results. I need not have worried………
I LOST 4.1KG’s
I have dropped from 159.8 kg to 155.7kg between measurements!
I was so, so chuffed with myself. I actually came straight out of the gym and called Sam at work!
I know I was nervous that not being watched and not being supported by someone, by a specialist, would set me back a bit or give me reason to slack off. In reality I think it motivated me to do more, to try harder in the gym and to push myself to do more. The only thing is that in this time we went to Ireland where I did have a drink! Could I have lost 5 kg or more. Maybe but I am so happy with what I achieved, I will not dwell on that.
Just to give you some other stats:
My Percentage Body Fat has dropped from 37.7% to 37.3%
My BMI has dropped a point form 45.2 to 44.1
This is a picture of my latest stats print out for you to see. You can see how I am going the right way!
Don’t get me wrong, I know I still have a long way to go. I am fully aware that my BMI and weight is still far too high but I am trying. I set out on this journey in January to hit my goal by February 2018 and I am on track. I will celebrate the achievements and kick myself when I don’t do so well.
The bottom line is that I am enjoying this journey. I have been off work this week and been in the gym everyday so far. I have already hit 1548 MEP points and we are only half way through the month. I will be doing everything I can to get to that magic 3000!
Thanks again for joining me on this journey and please keep the comments and support coming.
Until Next Time…
