So I have found the first negative with The Cruise, but it is only a very minor one and its not actually with the cruise. Its with Thomson Cruises.
I am a fan of technology. I use an iPhone and an iPad to organise my life on a daily basis. Whenever there is an app available for anything, I will use it to ensure information etc is always avaliable at my fingertips.
I buy my lottery tickets via the National Lottery App, I track my training with the MyZone app, I even control my heating at home via an app.
Imagine my glee when I discovered Thomsom had an app where I could manage my holiday booking.
I hastily downloaded the app to my iPhone and proceeded to try and log in. I entered my details, Surname, Departure date, booking Ref and …..
It could not find my details….
So I try again, and again….
I eventually found out that you can’t use the Thomson App if you are going on a Thomson Cruise? I am sure there is a valid reason for this but I still find it staggering.
There is not much I can do abot it so I will continue having to log in online to sort everything. Not the most convienient but I suppose I should be grateful we are going, and I really can’t wait to go!
Please try and fix this Thomson or do us a seperate app for Thomson Cruises like you have for Lakes and Mountains!
